Sue's figure-friendly cake

Sue's figure-friendly cake without fat

4 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of buttermilk (I don't use too big cups, otherwise the cake will be too dry or accordingly more buttermilk, woman has to try)
Baking Powder
Van sugar

Mix some aroma bitter almond with the mixer and put it into a form (I use baking paper and usually only bake ½ cakes) and sprinkle some fruit (pineapple, tangerines, pears etc.), almond flakes, cinnamon sugar and coconut flakes over it - there are no limits to your imagination
bake at 180° for 20 minutes (fan oven = 160°)
I put the cold cake on a plate, cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge. The next day it is totally juicy and tastes great, even without fat (but you can put some melted butter on the still warm cake)
