Ingredients:
6 eggs (separate, beat egg white)
180g fat (e.g. Sanella)
1000g low-fat curd
6 tbsp semolina
3/4 pck baking powder
1pck powdered vanilla sauce
2pck vanillin sugar
1spsp lemon juice
180g sugar (if you don't like it that sweet you should dose it carefully and taste it) and if you like it you can add rum aroma
Preparation:
Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
