For a cake:
4 eggs
2 1/2 dl caster sugar
2 1/2 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 g melted butter
Grated peel and juice of one large lemon
Icing sugar for dusting
And this is how it works:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Grease a round dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add the dough. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 25 minutes. The cake should still be a bit soft in the middle. Take it out and let it cool down. Dust with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream and freshly brewed coffee.
